Meet the Creator behind Peachy Platters

My name is Hailey and I am the creator of Peachy Platters! I am a local of the Flathead Valley Community and love living in Bigfork. The thing I enjoy most about my business is the opportunity to interact and give back to the people of my community. I love being able to share my passion with others. I began making charcuterie boards for my family and fell in love with the creative process of pairing multiple flavors together. The combination of fresh fruit, creamy cheese, savory salami or a roasted almond paired with a fresh piece of baguette or crunchy cracker is my idea of heaven. This idea of having multiple flavors on one platter has inspired me to take charcuterie boards past their traditional form. Peachy Platters aims to not only create classic charcuterie boards but to also create a platter of any kind. Think about a breakfast bagel platter, a s'mores platter, a pancake platter, after school snack platter, farm grown vegetable platter or even decadent dessert platter.
